Financial Support & Fellowships
The Jyothi Reddy Foundation has extended financial support and fellowship assistance to 377 Adivasi and Transgender students pursuing education at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University. This initiative is aimed at strengthening educational inclusion for marginalized communities.
The Foundation believes that education is the strongest tool for empowerment and social mobility. By supporting vulnerable students, it ensures that financial barriers do not interrupt academic aspirations.
The fellowship program focuses on students from tribal and transgender communities who often face social and economic challenges. It creates opportunities for them to continue higher education with dignity.
Beyond financial support, the Foundation also motivates students to pursue self-reliance and career-oriented growth. The initiative is creating long-term impact through education-driven empowerment.
- Jyothi Reddy Foundation has joined hands with the prestigious Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad and started the Jyothi Reddy Foundation Fellowship is to support 377 (Adivasi & Transgender) students enrolled into undergraduate course for Academic Year 2025 – 2028 (Three Years) – adopted from Jyothi Reddy Foundation.
- The Program was launched in the presence of Chief Guest – His Excellency – Honorable Governor of Telangana – Shri. Shiv Prathap Shukla ji, Dr. Banda Prakash, Dy. Chairman – Telangana Legislative Council, Prof. Ghanta Chakrapani, Vice Chancellor, Prof. G. Pushpa Chakrapani, Director (Academic) and Dr. Y. Venkateshwarlu, Director (Learner Support Services) – Dr. BR Ambedkar Open University.
