Women Skill Development

Women empowerment remains one of the long-term visions of the Foundation. Skill development programs are designed to train rural women in employable and entrepreneurial skills.

The Foundation focuses on women aged 18–35 from rural communities. It aims to create financial independence and self-confidence through structured training.

Programs include vocational training, life skills, and entrepreneurship development. These skills enable women to generate income and improve their social standing.

The Foundation believes empowering women transforms entire families and communities. This initiative is a step towards sustainable rural development.
